We are looking for a customer-oriented, experienced and motivated CDL Driver to join our team. As a CDL Driver, your main duty will be to focus on the success and growth of your team and supporting all customers in a professional manner. 

Qualifications:

• Must have a clean CDL class A/B
• 5 Years experience driving commercially
• Experience in asphalt hauling and installation a plus
• Time management skills
• Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Google workspace and ability to learn new computerized systems and programs
• Ability to work with diverse customers and colleagues
• Positive and professional demeanor

This position will have email and telephone contact with customers, internal team, dealers/distributors to support customer needs effectively, efficiently and in compliance with company procedure.

• Must be able to conduct themselves in a professional manner both on and off the job
• Must be able to keep a clean and greased truck, have a general mechanical knowledge, top off fluids, pre & post trip inspections
• Know and follow all local, state and federal truck regulations
• Ability to operate, load and secure equipment on trailer
• Chute work to help with install of asphalt

• 5 Years related experience in paving operations
• Drivers license and own transportation
• CDL A/B preferred but not required
• Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Google workspace and ability to learn new computerized systems and programs
• Ability to work with diverse customers and colleagues
• Positive and professional demeanor

• Ability to take care of equipment in a respectful manner
• Basic mechanic skills
• Ability to pitch in & be a team member to get the job done safe and efficiently
• Ability to operate all pieces of equipment roller, skid steer, and paver
